This was not a 4-star hotel. I paid too much and could not get out of my booking. The pillows had stains. The bed springs were broken and the mattress was of the poorest quality. The chair was broken. The bathtub had mildew and mold. What a disappointment.

I have stayed here a few times because it is convenient, but I do wish that the reception staff would looked pleased to see you and give a warm friendly smile. I have yet to see anyone smile there. Thet are so miserable. I mentioned this on my last review but obviously they never read it.

There was no face towel or hand towels inthe room, you have to request it. The breakfast was a bit cold other than that not too bad, I will stay there again

pool water...very cold. room rug...very dirty. restaurant...food average...ordered same lunch every day and billing was always different. free tourist bus for the area ..out of service. return trip...never....

I would certainly stay there again. Easy to stroll out for food and shops and good facilities. Bath plug kept getting stuck and TV channel choice pretty limited but good staff service.

Nice hotel,central for the city and very helpful staff. Not for families with children however. Breakfast pretty average like most hotels in Asia. WiFi I nternet in room good and very reasonableand liked the seoerate shower cubicle. Can be a little noisy at times from the road and band in foyer, but overall would stay again if wanted to be in the town centre.

Only minus is the shadowed and rather cold swimmingpool. When coming from Sweden you want to be able to soak in the sun a bit more!
