I wasn't offered a non smoking room at rception. The bath size was inadequate. However, the staff were attendive although I didn't use much by way of the general facilities due to other arrangements being made for my visit.It was a smoking room. Poor TV programs. Friends had organised many events so no chance to use hotel facilities. Close to down town activities.

The Cititel is a business hotel. No swimming pool. Car parking spaces are inadequate. You'd be lucky to find a space coming back at the end of the day then you'd have to find somewhere outside. Rooms are OK, nothing special. No hall porter to carry bags which most people prefer. The only difference between Standard and Superior rooms we found was the existence of a wall safe. Not worth the extra US$10 plus. They provided 2 free bottles of water on arrival and said we must pay for the rest. I rate it as a large 3 star hotel. Quite good value for money if one is prepared to accept the shortcomings.
room quite small, no pool, small carpark, no porter. Wish they'd smile. It looked like they needed training in being charming. I've known many better 3 star hotel buffet breakfasts. They allowed smoking! Near the Heritage area and the night time eateries. Taxi rank outside but no meters!

Fine location with restaurants, markets etc. within walking distance. The room was a bit old and without any thrills. Good, basic accomodation for the night.

Central, walk to many attractions but poor area. Room clean, quiet, small, adequate. No hand towels provided. Denied availability of bus tours of island although several exist and are good. Staff generally helpful and pleasant. Western food choice small - mainly Asian buffet. Cater to business rather than tourists.
