I feel dark in many places such as lobby, corridor, cafeteria, confortable (biz) center, bath room & etc. It may be caused by color of carpet, wall or ceiling & not so much sunshine neither plants or wall pictures. Only my room has big windows & it let me feel fresh & satisfied.

Although the lobby of this hotel is beautiful, the rooms were a disappointment; a bit worn and bathroom grouting was covered in mold; not what you'd expect in a 4 star hotel. Location is good, although away from downtown, putlic transport is good and it is in a lovely treed area within walking distance to the botanical gardens.

The toilet was not functioning. The door card key needed to be scanned when the room was not able to open.
