I had a problem in the AC unit of my room (in the 8th floor as I requested) and they changed the room to a lower floor (4th floor) which bothered me a lot. I thick they should have upgrade the room or change it to any room in the same floor I requested.

I would rate the Hotel average overall, location was excellent near to the Night Market approx 10 mins walk, Beach, swimming pool & other facilities were great, Just the Rooms were not up to my expectations but the View from the Balcony was great. Taxi & Tour operators from the Hotel were expensive.

Disappointing. The room was dingy and the furnishings grubby. On arrival, the staff were rude although the staff in the restaurant proved to be friendly the next day. On the positive side, the pool was great - large and clean and the reflexology masseurs were fantastic. Don't go for the beach though - it's a building site.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay of 3 days in the hotel. The staff were very courteous and facilities were excellent. Some more choice of channels in the television would have been nicer. The location is nice and away from the "city". The amazing night market is very close as are a lot of eating joints.

Really enjoyed my stay at the bayview beach hotel, good sized room and bathroom,good breakfast buffet, geat swimming pool, this is a popular hotel with many guests from travel companys, only thing is its right at end of resort area and a little far from market and restaurants. I would recommend a hire car from airport or you can hire motor scooters from shop oppisite the hotel.

Location near beach, hotel area and garden - we liked most. Balcon furnishings: plastic, lower level than the rest of the hotel.

Good quality hotel at a good price. On the beach but ocean not really pleasant for swimming, cloudy and has jellyfish. Pool and surrounds are very nice. Hotel layout and facilities very good. Is undergoing refurbishment to some rooms which were near our room, this was quite inconvenient. A little away from the main area of Batu Ferringi but a good self contained resort. Large family room with plenty of space to spread out. Main bed was 2 doubles and the 2 singles were king size.

a good place to stay, on the quiet end of batu ferringhi. Have stayed here twice in the past. I now realise though that Bayview suffers a nasty flaw. The Atrium like layout of the rooms, means you can hear the nightly music from downstairs ground floor, up till 11 or 12 at night. Not good for those wanting a quiet night!
