It was ok good value for money, only problem was that building work was going on whilst we stayed there hence there was alot of noise and it was a bit of a nuisance, other than that it was a good hotel and its located right next to the theme park....

The location of the hotel is right at the doorstep of outdoor theme park, which is great. However there is no complimentary tea or coffee making facility in the room. A thermos for hot water is available in the room and hot water can be obtained just near the lift but no tea bags or coffee sachets supplied in the room.

I want to share my experience. The pros and cons about hoteltravel.com and theme hotel itself. on the day i checked in , the receptionist named rozaini is not smiling at all, he(she) then explained to me since i booked two rooms and paid thru' hoteltravel.com my other room is not refundable yet he suggested that i can contra it with F&B, so i agreed. he told me total cost would be RM111-00 per night that i am entitle for a limited RM222-00. my room no. 7269. but when i checked my amex statement the card was debited RM594-00. So, actually my F&B will cost more than that, did not explained it to me. when i checked out the cashier told me whatever booking that has been paid and contra with f&b will not be refunded. so, could your management explain to me why the rate is differ from the amount debited from my card? i think the hotel and hoteltravel.com owe an explanation. kindly refund whatever extra cost that has been incurred and credit to my card urgently.

The room was below my exepectation. the bathroom was awful. There werent channels in the tv only 2 channels, no fridge, nothing in the room but the bed and snall tv. . The room wasn`t in good condition, and also the location of the room was very bad.
