The high floor request was not stated in the voucher, the allocated room didn't have any seaview despite you'd paid for it. The receptionist denied your legitimate request bruntly. You had to shout and complain before the manager attended the issue.

Our first room we got was very uncomfortable: The air inside was very bad, the room was not cleaned carefully, the bathroom was extremely mouldy and unventilated. Therefore we had to change our room. Fortunately the staff was very kind and helped us in this matter. Another point that needs to be mentioned was the quality of the food which really should be improved. Our whole family got serious problems. Finally we had to go to the doctor with our daughter because she got a food poisoning with worst feeling. Owing to these inconvenience caused we experienced a very great and good support from the hotel management: They arrangend the appointment with the doctor, they provided the transfer and paid all the expenses. Of course, we enjoyed the swimming pool and the nice beach including the impressive sea. So we can say we had a relaxing holdiay but our expectations were much higher than what we finally experienced. I think a four star hotel like the Swiss-Garden (as a Western brand) should offer a much higher level of comfort, especially the food.
We had our room in the 2nd floor which was foreseen as a non-smoking floor. Unfortunately nobody took care of that (including the staff): The guests smoked whenever they wanted(including the staff). We complained that but without any success. rooms are not cleaned wet frequently, especially the bath room; mouldy rooms and furnitures.
The guests did not take care of the rules which are published in the whole hotel and pool area: The rules for the swimming pool were ignored. Everybody did as wanted, the staff did not realize it.

We ordered a transfer from the airport to the hotel but nobody came to pick us up
Childcare availability was not available. This was really missing because we stayed during Chinese New Year, so many families spent their holidays in this hotel. That is not a good service for such an expensive hotel. The only area is a game room what is not the appropriate kind to entertain children. The game equipment was located in the fitness room what is also not a comfortable solution.
We got children's meal only on demand.

I like the swimming pool and children pool most because it is quite big and beautiful. The only thing that I am quite happy is that the game room was closed to early (10pm), less of entertainment program at night and no place for people to watch football (England Premier League) especially Saturday night.

Overall a good hotel - high quality food with a good range - even for veggies.
needs mosquito net pannels so we can breathe fresh air but not be bitten in our rooms! Rooms have enough space. not properly cleaned - eg. shelves in cupboard only wiped at front, at back its BLACK DUST! Cleaners not doing their job!!!!
Good pools, games room ok but needs a decent kids playground - slides, swings, climbing frame etc - seen this at other expensive hotels - why not Swiss G ?

On the positive sudes, the staffs are friendly and the resort location is fanstactic for both the scenic view and accessibility to the sea food restaurants. There were flies on the morning breakfast food, quite disgusting !! The rooms blanket seems not washed for quite a while, really need to upgrade the hygiene standard.
