The hotel is old and needs renovation. The rooms are big and awful. The bathrooms are old and strange. Service is poor and the breakfast area is very small for the number of guests. I made a reservation for myself and for some friends and I was shamed about everything.

Can be rather nippy up there. No heating or extra blankets were provided.
Good location to explore the area. Good restaurant with a very good breakfast.
The hot water was absolutley not sufficient for a family of three.

I stayed in a Studio apartment during my last visit. The room condition is excellent, very spacious and clean. Breakfast spread was good and staff was very fiendly. Highly recommended!

We were extremely disappointed to find after checking in that that both the pool and the sauna where closed. Reception were unhelpful no helpful literature in the rooms to help you find your way around the resort.

The scene is excellent and good place to stay. It gives you a totally different feel of Malaysia. You are advised to join the half day local tour to have a basic understand of Camermon. However, you should expect the price is high there and has only few choices of food. We were disappointed with the strawberry farm that we visited, too small.
