Great Hotel. Although I felt that the Superior Deluxe rooms should have had complimentary internet service - oh well.. The food in this hotel is amazing. it has a Coffee Bean outlet in the lobby which is always great, and the coffee shop has internet too. Also, the staff is super friendly. I couldnt have a picked a better hotel! Big, clean rooms with super comfy beds. and i had a great view of the entire outdoor theme park. excellent. except they should provide complimentary internet services in the superior deluxe rooms. Great Food. the breakfast buffet was definitely the Best i had in all my hotels in Malaysia. Great food. Yum!
its a bit of a walk to First World Plaza but great non the less.

The rooms had good view but the hotel could not provide extra bed so we had a 6 year old child shring a bed. Part of the breakfast area was closed although the restuarant would be crowded and there are no places to sit.

1. booked 2 rooms, one room is o.k. but, one room has no hair-drier, and 2 rooms has no slipper/bath gown/small towels.
2. At the breakfast time, restaurant has a lot of ppls, therefore lack of tools enough. but, I could understand.
3. but, most of ppls are so kind & friendly, so that's good.
