I least liked the agent that has booked for our hotel rooms as the request made in the application were not taken into account. However, there was a reception staff whom has portrayed good service and friendliness. Even though the agent did not make the request of a double room as per our request, instead 2 twin rooms were booked, however made the effort to check, apologise and explain that the hotel is fully occupied and that it is impossible to make any change. She added that the housekeeping staff could help to shift the twin beds together. This is commendable.

this a 4 star hotel operating at 2 star level. appeared to be lacking in strong leadership. A very TIRED hotel that must of been very nice when it was new.
