The main reason I had choosed De Rhu while staying @ Kuantan was the Swimming Pool. I had the information that the pool is the largest in East Coast M'sia and my family were so excited to see how it is. However, it was so dissappointed. The pool like not really maintain and no rule & regulation. Anyone can go in with any attire. No guard/staff on duty @ the pool so that anyone can do anything @ the pool incl washing their leg. Due to that & etc, my family had only enjoy swimmining @ the small pool near the cafe as it was more clean.

Had to wait almost 2 hrs for the rooms to be ready.Room's aircon did not work and had to be relocated to another room(this added more waiting time). Promised live football match was not shown.(no alternative made to show inside the hotel).
