The reception staff did not speak or understand English very well, which made it somewhat difficult to make requests when necessary. The room size was quite a lot smaller than what we expected. The restaurant staff were friendly, but again, spoke very little English. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

The bedsheets and blanket were stained with dried blood stains and some undistinguishable stains, especially when we lifted up the blanket and looked at its underside near the edge of the bed. I had to call several times, and after 2 rounds of room service, the strains were still there on the underside of the blanket. Also, the distance between the TV and the bed is very narrow; there was space enough for a slim enough to pass through. The Standard room does not come with a fridge and there is no safe box in the room, nor any at the reception, unless you stay at a more premier room. There is no swimming pool in this hotel. Location is good but a bit quiet. Overall, it's definitely value for money.
