"A very comfortable hotel, a quality establishment, somewhat set back from the city centre but cannot be faulted . Showing a little age but very good value for the daily tarrif. Had every facility you should require of a hotel of this standard. The room was large, with good window space. Excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. The public area and pool side area were of a sufficient standard, very spacious and plenty of seating. One of the best value hotels I have stayed at."

"Great view from my room on 15th floor. All staff I came into contact with were very friendly - even the security guard. The only thing I didn't like was not having my room cleaned until mid-afternoon. I returned at 3.30pm one day and couldn't relax until housekeeping had cleaned the bathroom and re-made the bed. Large, comfortable room with all the facilities I would expect. Larger than usual bathroom. Based on my experience at check-in, check-out, concierge desk, coffee shop staff and friendly security personnel. I only used the coffee shop for breakfast so I can't comment on the other outlets. Only used to obtain taxi - which arrived in two minutes. "
