After 3-1/2hours drive (plus the terrible traffic jam) i finally arrived at the Hotel.When I present my voucher to the Hotel, I was told that they don't have my booking and ask me whether I would like to book their Club room which cost M$500++. I was so shock and mad that I almost wanted to drive back home instantly.. Luckily, one of the staff decided to double check again and finally found my booking. However, the checking was a long wait as the room are not ready even at 3.30pm... Other then this episode, i must says that the stay was pleasant. However, the carpet outside the room did'nt sm...

This is my 4th stay at this hotel and the worst compared with the earlier 3 stays. Although I was givena non-smoking room as requested, the room had a heavy stench of tobbacco as obviously the previous occupant had smoked heavily in the non-smoking room. I was supopsed to have in-room breakfast served nuder the Valentine package at selecetd time of 8.30 am. But after two calls to the reception staff at 8.50 am and 9.15 am to check the status of the breakfast delivery, it finally came to my room at 9.30 am, one hour late.

I liked the newness of the hotel but was not happy with their way of handling customers. When I use the spa services, there was a miscommunication from their part and they took a long time to mend their mistake. They did not honour what was said and offered me various options which was not acceptable. After much unpleasant exchange of words and time wasted, finally they gave in.
