"After 3-1/2hours drive (plus the terrible traffic jam) i finally arrived at the Hotel.When I present my voucher to the Hotel, I was told that they don't have my booking and ask me whether I would like to book their Club room which cost M$500++. I was so shock and mad that I almost wanted to drive back home instantly.. Luckily, one of the staff decided to double check again and finally found my booking. However, the checking was a long wait as the room are not ready even at 3.30pm... Other then this episode, i must says that the stay was pleasant. However, the carpet outside the room did'nt smell too good...and being such a new hotel, there are already some stain here and there in the room sofa... I will definitely stay there again and even recommed to my friends.
