I thought I could have tourist info, but nothing. The location for a city as Melaka is not good. The equipment was in bad condition because of poor maintenance. The room was small. And it was difficult to get transportation out of the hotel.

The Hotel is located quite a distance away from town centre. The pool is small and the interior design is poor.
