Only one advise, don't go they're. Or you Will regret it for a long time. Better to find a guesthouse or put 20 $ more and have a decent resort than this rat's hole. The bar in front of the hotel is a girly bar disguised. The only good thing to say about the hotel, that they make no problem to refund our 2 night and let us flew away. I advised you for $52 to go to the frangipani resort hotel, a 5 stars compared to the grand continental Langkawi.

Excellent value for and wonderful staff. Not within easy walking distance of the downtown area or good beaches. Car hire inexpensive and recommended for this location.
