[+] Neat and well-maintained hotel (they can be more strict about stopping smoking in the corridors though, even in the non-smoking floors)

[+] Approachable and cordial staff
[+] Well-connected business center with very helpful staff
[-] Some of the appliances (switches, lights) were not working properly
[-] Needed water in the night (pretty late). Called up reception - got routed to kitchen or somewhere, phone kept ringing but no one answered. Never managed to get water
[-] Similar thing happened when I wanted to order for a cake - handovers could be more proper, this is certainly an area of improvement

I really enjoyed my stayed at bayview hotel langkawi. It is a nice place to stay, should consider to be a four star. Wifi is available only at the lobby, should be available in every rooms.

Like the location very much. Near night malam, shopping areas, jetty and within walking distance to the best seafood stall in town "Wonderland".
The showers are pretty strong - good feel after a tiring day.The front desk is very professional. Housekeeping does a good job. Would recommend this hotel to friends and would use it again next trip.

It was better than I've expected. They had pretty nice breakfast menu and good swimming pool. The room was spacious and clean. Overall from 1 to 10, I'll give 8. :-)

The Bayview Hotel at Kuah, Langkawi proven to be a good accomodation for us, as a couple when we had a visit to Langkawi. The rooms (Superior) are spacious, with clean & ample of space to move around. Facilities are good, & well equipped, so we had a great time over there. Not to mention, the location of the Hotel is also accomodating for those who wanted most on shopping, as there are plenty of shops (duty free shops) around (in 10 - 15mins walk) for liquor, or chocolates or any other convenient stores at which u can find this nearby.
Overall, is a good bet to enjoy your stay at Langkawi if you were there, but the least I like or could think of about my stay is the price of the rooms, as its a bit expensive though.
