The staff is very hospitable , espeically they offer a hospitality room for guests to clean and organise things even after they have already checked out. Liked least: since we were there during the off season (I am supposing this to be the reason) the Yachtsman Cafe was closed. Only the main restaurant was open. The only pool table in the hotel was out of order. Halfway through our stay the bathroom in our room began to smell like a sewer. The water sports that are advertised for this hotel on HotelTravel.com were not available. We were told the Jet Skis were out of order and the other watercraft were no longer available.
