We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was huge, so lots of space for the 4 adults and a baby. It has beautiful pool and is only a stroll from a lovely beach. However the building and the furnishings have all seen better days, it has an air of decay and neglect about it but we were content with that for the very low cost. 1. No mobile network coverage inside the room, either Digi, Maxis or Celcom ;
2. Can not access to wireless internet connection even though it is connected to the Hotel WIFI network ;
3. Restaurant Staffs are not friendly AT ALL - no smile, no talking - during breakfast time ;
4. Swimming pool water looks dirty ;
5. Limited parking space after 9pm.

The superior room was horrible, bathroom awful and so worn down, it is undescribable how filthy the tiles on the walls and floor were as goes for the washbasin and the toilet, no cleaning could ever help on these worn down amenities. A cockroach run on our floor. The AC was noisy.

The hotel room was great spacous enough, resort was near to the restaurant and minimarts.. that make it convinent for us..
Staff are friendly too..
The breakfast would be better if the selecting are more as they indicate american breakfast would be serve but what we saw was normally focus on local food.. I hope the breakfast will improve that will be great!!

we made reservation for deluxe room and payed a high price, but if we have made reservation for stand room, we have godt high standard and a better room for les money. We did not know, that deluxe room was for family until 5 person i one room. beach is OK pool OK, but beach is not for children. shopping is impossible, few shops and nothing to buy in the area. we found a wery good restauran fx SUN CAFE wery good meal and the restaurant acroos the street at the beach is also superior you can sit eating with your feed in the sand, very romantic.

In general, the hotel is worth of the money paid, especially the big and beautiful swimming pool is the strong attraction for family holiday. but the location is not along the beach, and the room is a little bit old and dirty.
