After reading a few reviews online about this Hotel I was scared about paying in advance for SIX nights!!!! But to my delight, I enjoyed every moment of my stay there. I expected to see a cockroach or 2, non-working toilets or perhaps a tiny reception area. But this was definitely not the case. The hotel is about 10 mins. from the action in the city but it proved a perfect spot if you want to get away from the busy streets after a long day out. I went on a number of tours and they were all able to pick me up at my recpetion, so that proved convenient. There is a train station about 5 mins...

Surprisingly clean and well-maintained for a 3-star hotel. Staff are friendly and they accommodated all our requests. Very close to the PWTC LRT station, so no complaints about that. We bought the 1-week unlimited WiFi and my girlfriend spent the whole day in their coffee shop. They even let us plug the laptop to the power outlet all throughout the day! I'll definitely stay here again for my next trip to KL.

The room's are small but it's clean. It's easy access to transport very close to the shopping centre and restaurant the only problem is it's too loud you can't sleep. You heard all the noise from the outside it's not what we expect. We are really disappointed.

During the sleeping time around 11.30pm - 1.00am, I think the insulation of the room should be more enclose so as to cut off the noise from outside the room which some guests are still awake and merry.

There is a train station about 5 mins. from the hotel and a nice shopping centre called 'The Mall' fully equipped with Starbucks, Pizza Hut, MacDonalds, and an excellent shop (forgot the name) that sold the BEST Malaysian food I ate during my stay in KL. About my room, it was clean, spacious, got a GREAT night view which I didnt expect, room service was good, but u may need to remind them about cleaning your room. I came back once with my room uncleaned, but the staff were quick to please me even though it was 9 30 at night. All in all, I would stay here again. I felt safe and enjoyed chatting with the front desk staff. Oh, and breakfast was quite fillig. I was very happy with my stay. I expected much less for a 3 star hotel.
