The Swiss Garden is an excellent hotel. They are very accomodating and have very nice facilities. The location is central and we really couldn't have asked for more. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to many shopping areas. Front Desk staffs not friendly in explaining when we requested to extend our check out timing, only give a 'NO' answer and still required us to ask before he explained in a tone less satisfactory.

Reasonable location on edge of Golden Triangle. House bar was dead - no atmosphere during my stay. Breakfast selection OK but could do with healthier options (whole grain cereals, muesli etc). Has small swimming pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Bed was slightly unconfortable- the AC was very noisy. The pool was good. The internet was overpriced. Near China town and the bus station so good but the Golden Triangle would have been better.

Nice hotel, located close to China town and the market. The restaurant was not that good since we had to wait for 45 minutes to get a meal, they did not tell us that they were cleaning the kitchen. The coffee was very expensive in the restaurant.

My family and I stayed in the hotel in February 2005 and was pleasantly surprised because the hotel was really something that you will consider value for money because it's not pricey at all but the room is elegantly arranged, the bathroom is impeccably clean with the necessary amenities, the airconditioning is functioning well, was not noisy at all, the corridors are well lighted and if you are alone, you dont have to be afraid walking along the corridors, the staff are courteous and helpful, the buffet spread in the lobby for breakfast is sumptuous, the hotel's location is withing walking distance from different markets and taxis are readily available, even crossing the street was not a hassle. All in all, our stay was excellent and very comfortable. I definitely will book another hotel from this agency because our stay there was really worth it.
