I found this Hotel fit all my needs during this trip to KL, it is an ellegenet, comfortable, high standard of facilities and services, the people there were freindly and ready to serve you at any time. rooms clean, High Quality of furniture. good site veiw. Hotel facilities excellent, high standard.
It's located near to the most places I like to visit. I find it reasonable comparing to the services provided. Strongly i recommended this Hotel to others.

Very good hotel but here are the weakenesses. 5 Star hotel with a 2 Star TV line up. Exorbitant 50 Ringgit charge per day for hi-speed internet which on an annual basis is in excess of US$5000!!!! Highest charge I have ever seen. They also charge by the minute for LOCAL phone calls at a rate that is higher than one would be charged to call half way around the world via your mobile phone!!! Lobby lounge is very nice, with VG entertainment but with VERY high drink charges, US$13 and higher for a glass of Aussie wine. They do have an outstanding breakfast, but bottom line is that this hotel gouges guests on the items mentioned above. Also, after agreeing to me extending at my hotel booking rate, they came back and said they could only extend for one night and at FULL RATE. Then I read in their manual that they guarantee the lowest rate when booked on their website! I am waiting to see if I receive any response from the GM on my comments. They do have an excellent gym as well.

Services and amenities at par excellence. I wish to go back and stay with this hotel once again. Food is excellent and the rooms are perfect. I went swimming and also visited the gym. I did massage also. They were all excellent. People are so courteous and accomodating.
