Customer's Hotel Review
The people there are friendly and prompt but out of the three times the cleaning lady changed the sheets only once. Near the shopping area and the most active location in KL. The rooms and corridores were clean, but the carpet was a little worn out. taxi...

Locationwise ,is very good. But quite unhappy that did not provide adjoining rooms, as requested when booking the rooms.

We spent five days at Royale Bintage and found it to be very clean, close to all amenities and staff very friendly. It was in easy access to Imbi Monorai. Rooms were cleaned everyday. I would not hesitate in booking this hotel again. We had no complaints about the room at all. The great part weas that the rooms had a notice about eco friendly linen. Which I thought was great. We don't change our linen every day at home so why do it when on holidays. Great to see someone trying to look after the environment. Everything we need what available. The pool was very clean and towels readily available. Had breakfast supplied in the coffee shop each morning. There was alway plenty of food and a good variety of western and asian foods. It was a very busy coffee shop but never had to wait for a seat or table. Only ate at the coffee shop for breakfast as stated above and found very good. Locations was within walking distance of everything. Two monorails stations very close by and many shopping centres available to plenty of places to eat and shop. Plenty of taxis outside the hotel always waiting to take you somehwhere and two monorails within walking distrance.

This is my third stay consecutively for 3 years during CNY. I like the location of the hotel as it is right smack in the bintang shopping belt. Excellent food is available a stone throw away in Jalan Alor. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends. Hoteltravel is very efficient in the booking of this hotel.

Good location. Near malls and resturants. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms bit small even though we took deluxe room. Otherwise great hotel and friendly staff.

Firstly, the reception check-in area was very slow eventhough there aint many check-ins. It took more than 20mins. Secondly after the long wait, upon entering the room, I was given the small suprior room instead of the Deluxe room which I had booked & Paid for so it wasnt worth paying for & stuff there did even bother to see the difference between Superior room & Deluxe Room all they know is the difference in charges rate but not in room wise This wasnt my first time staying here so I know the difference of the rooms. My advise to all is its worth paying for Superior rather than to book for Deluxe. The Breakfast food doesnt change at all...just the same boring breakfast . Just a walking distance to the Malls & food area

Great location. The hotel is located at the Bukit Bintang area, various shopping centers are just a walking distance from the hotel. The staffs were friendly and of great help to us, especially those who were in charge at the concierge. The breakfast??? We were hesitant to taste some of the Malaysian foods that were available at our buffet breakfast. It seems that it was not palatable to us. We just ate sausages, fruits, and tried on some of their pastries. The room??? It was OK. The bathroom was clean, carpets were also clean, all were in good condition. They clean the room upon request. Just that they do not change bed sheets everyday. Overall, it was worth staying at Royale Bintang.

The location was very convenient as it was near the major shopping complexes. What we liked most was that there was a free shuttle service to 'the curve'. Breakfast was also very good. The downside was that our tv reception wasn't that good and as noted by other people's reviews, the carpet looks 'old'. The interior furnishing was basic and needs an uplift. Otherwise, a good hotel.

I booked a 4 Deluxe Room and all 4 come in different combination. Room 1212 - King Size bed. Spacious Room 1214 - Queen size bed. Find it a bit smaller compared w 1212. The aircon was not functioning well, very warm inside the room. Room 1618 & 1611 - 2 Single Bed. Both room ok and come with bathrobe. but toilet was not functioning well for room 1611. Overall experience is fine. I think most hotel in Malaysia do not have good property maintenance. BY the way, how do you know you getting the correct room type? Anyway to check?
