Setting is quite nice, however staff could be more helpful. Attention to detail needs improvement (booked and confirmed by email and phone that we required a twin room.. we arrived to find that we had been given a double. Staff did change us to another room, but we were made to feel like it was all a bother to do so)
Also did not like the fact that hotel debited our credit card as a deposit and then took over a week to return the funds to account (even though we did not incur any additional charges or use anything)
