Requested for a non smoking floor but we could smell the cigarette from the next door (door has a connecting door to another room). After checked in, a safety box in room was out of order. We asked for another safety box but non of them was available. In the evening, we asked for an adaptor, try to called 5 time but hope less. Called to Duty Manager who is very useless person not responde on any requests. Very poor service.
