Hotel pool very nice for an inner city hotel, lots of children as it was a weekend, best aviod that time if you are a couple. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and found it good value , quality of the food outstanding. Our room was fab, corner window just lots and lots of space, all in all a very enjoyable experience.

We stopped over in KL for 4 nights, looking for modestly priced luxury. The Prince was modestly priced though I have paid less for better in KL before. Unlike other reviewers I found the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good spot, opposite the Pavilion Mall (lots of food!). The rooms were dated, needing upgrades and the towels and toiletries were of poor quality - not 4 or 5 star. The pool was good but not remotely warm in March. Breakfast was very disappointing - lots of food but poor quality - even the Oriental foods were unmemorable. The breakfasts were almost identical day to day. I would not stay here again.

Service staff are very friendly. You may want to reposition your two projection screens in the hotel lobby, view is marred by the bright chandeliers.

Prince has a very ideal location as it is very close to the Pavillion shopping centre. The rooms are clean and worthy of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast buffet quality and variety needs to be improved as one can be bored of the same food day in day out. Overall check in and check out was smooth and efficient. Free carparking and internet it s a big plus as well.

Hotel location is good. However, the room itself was just average. After a 5-hr bus trip from Singapore, we checked-in around 10 PM. Instead of giving us a deluxe hotel room which I originally booked, they gave us a 1-bedroom apartment which smells like smoke. We requested a room change but the best they can do is a deluxe hotel room with two separate beds for me and my wife.

Of course the staff is trained to make me feel 'at home' but they do it with such an enthusiasm and pleasure that they realy made me feel welcome and at home. Besides this, the staff that I had an everyday contact with - like concierge, doorman, waitress - were very good in their jobs too.
