The Pan Pacific KL International Airport Hotel lays claim to being the first international hotel to open at the new Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Sepang. Developed around the concept of an "Urban Oasis", the hotel features abundant foliage, lush tropical plants and water features. Linked to the airport via a sky-bridge the Pan Pacific KL International Airport Hotel is a 5 min walk from the airport. Comfort was never so convenient.

The location is second to none, being able to check in (from the international terminal) whilst waiting for your bags, wonderful. The swimming pool area is delightful and the view from the rooms that we had, surprisingly pleasant for an airport hotel. However, we had problems with our rooms on both of our stays. The first time, we went to our room and it had not been made up. This was very annoying after paying 2 nights accomodation in order to get an early check-in, and a long sleepless overnight flight with a distressed toddler. The front desk was very professional and helpful in finding another room but the extra 30 minutes out of our room was very unpleasant. On the second stay we entered our non-smoking room (on the non-smoking floor) to find it smelling overwhelming of cigarette smoke (enough to make me nauseous and dizzy - being pregnant). The staff were very helpful again but I had to sit in the corridor for 20-30 minutes while another room was arranged. This is not fully the hotel's fault however maybe they should have aired the room. The rooms amenities and decor were good, however the family room (where we ended up on our second stay) was rather worn - to be expected I guess.

This hotel is perfectly located for those with less than 24hrs between conecting flight. As big as the hotel may be the staff always make you feel like you are the only one there. I would recomend this hotel to any of my friends passing this way and certainly recomend hoteltravel.com last minute deals for value for money.

We needed to stay at the airport and this hotel was ideally situated. Hotel itserlf was absolutely gorgeous. Only disappointing thing was the restaurant we used, "Ashoka" - Indian food was extremely average and was advertrised as fantastic food. It was definately not. Excellent for the airport, but not really if you want to be in KL City. Given this hotel is at an International Airport, you really did not hear the aircraft.

A good hotel adjacent to the airport. Very convenient for an early morning departure. Despite booking months ahead and requesting a non-smoking room, the hotel was unable to provide one. In-room dining excellent, well presented and reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast was very good, with a wide selection. On the whole a pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed staying there. I spend the whole month in the center of Kuala-Lumpur in 5 star hotel, and on my way back I spent a night in Pan Pacific. One night was enough for me to compare that Pan Pacific is much better than city ceneter hotel was. The only shortcoming here is distant location from entertainment for those who wish this part to fill their leisure time. But shuttle buggy service between airport terminal makes life easier to get to the terminal itself and the transit KLIA ERL which can deliver you to KL. Very nice personnel and room facilities. If I am in KL next time, I will definitely choose Pan Pac.

This is an excellent place to stay for one night while intransit or waiting for a flight. The hotel is located via passage directly from KLIA Arrival Hall. The service is good, the food is great, and the price reasonable for such a hotel.

Fine for stopover. Room service food very expensive - probably cheaper to eat at airport! Nice toiletries in room. Nothing really special, but everything adequate.

Stayed here as a stop over on my return to Ireland from my holiday in Australia. The hotel was extremely handy as it was located in the airport. We were able to use the pool for the day waiting for our return flights and were able to keep our room longer than we had booked it for without any problem (and a small charge). Also had dinner there before we left and the food was excellent - and very reasonably priced....

Service One facility needs improvement - we checked out early in the morning of January 5th and had requested Service One for luggage pick-up. Apparently, the Service One staff failed to relay our message to any of the Concierge Staff for when we followed up the matter to the front desk officer, the Concierge Staff present at that time was surprised to learn about our request. The poor staff hurriedly went to our room to action our request...

We had a late check in 2:00AM due to flight delay. There was no one to greet us upon arrival . Porters were not available and the check-in personnel was very mechanical in greeting/checking in. Did not feel much hospitality.

When we got into the room the sink, safe and kettle were all not working and there was a big stain on the carpet. We complained and wanted to see the manager but he never did show. After several calls to the Front Desk we started getting several of their maintenance crews from different disciplines in and out our room. Not very becoming after a long flight and all you hoping to do is rest and relax at the HOTEL!!!!!! Later that evening the Manager send us a letter stating that they were over booked but that does not cut it for us since we paid 5 star prices and got a 2 start hotel room. The next morning we got 5 wake-up calls in a row to ensure we left the room as soon as possible. One call number 4 we asked the operator to give it a rest only to have someone else call us within the minute!!!!! (During check-in we made the mistake of telling them that we would be checking out at 7:30 A.M. the next day and they did their best to ensure we lived up to our comments.

Everything went well from check-in to check-out. Very nice staff. Hotel has golf cart size shuttles from airport to hotel at no charge, otherwise a 10 minute walk. Walk way is completly enclosed so even on rainy days its ok to walk. Only disappointment was the swimming pool water was pretty cold. We would definitely stay again.

A little expensive but worth it. Well, my kids were VERY disapointed that the swiming pool was under renovation and there was no notice about it, so they could not enjoy it.
