We enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Kaula Lumpur and would stay there again. The Breakfast bar of a morning was great. We recommend to all seeking a comfortable hotel. No faults...

The central location of the hotel was, perhaps, the main reason for us making this booking. The service provided by the staff was very good, as was the excellent breakfast provided as part of the booking.

Overall a great experience! Clean, very convenient to Petronas Towers, the Pavillion, Bukit Bintang, and one block away from the monorail. The lifts were fast and the breakfast was tastey. We were highly impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff we interacted with.
Our only complaint is the walls/doors between adjoining rooms on the 11th floor are thin and don't do much to help reduce the noise from noisy neighbors. It was noticeable due to discourteous neighbors who had no "indoor voices". Plus, they smoked heavily and the second hand smoke came around the doors connecting the two rooms. However, it was peace and quiet, and clean air after they checked out after a couple of days.Again, we we're highly pleased overall with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

While the location was excellent and the staff friendly and check in easy and smooth, we were quite dissapointed in the hotel. The swimming pool was in a poor state and we had other problems with the room - the safe (had to call 3 times before someone came), Fridge - shorting electric and had to move rooms, TV channels quite limited, internet slow, toliet had slight leak. We expected more for the Novotel name and also for the executive room.
However, although dissapointed with the Novotel, my experience with your services, the booking and live support as well as the call when I arrived were great.

Good Point
--------------
a) There is a bridge between Novotel > Pavilion Coffee Bean.
b) From Pavilion Coach shop > Planet Hollywood Bukit Bintang lot 10 area.
c) This hotel is directly opposite Hakka restuarant and Pavilion Shopping Centre.
d) About 5 mins walk to Jalan Chulan Monorail
e) From Novotel lobby right lane (Crowne Plaza Hotel direction), 15 mins walk to KLCC
Bad Point
--------------
a) Bath tub water are quite yellowish
b) The lobby staff are rather unfriendly, as for hotel info counter staff still ok but when we ask more qns on how to go certain place they say taxi will be an easier and faster way.
c) Near Novotel are mostly high class shopping, most of them more exp than Singapore.Maybe next KL trip, may stay Berjaya Time Square (imbi) or Swiss Inn (chinatown) instead since nearby shopping are more affordable.

Great Hotel for my trip. WiFi wasn't free but you pay for the amount you use so its value for money. Breakfast was standard but it was more than enough. I will stay again there

Very good location. Service was good, the room was nice except the doors and walls were a bit old. Good value of money anyway.

Room was clean and up to expectations. Bathroom good and water pressure was strong. However, we left something behind and called the botel back to check for Lost & Found. Housekeeping kept us going around and around. Until today, no word from them.
Breakfast was sufficient, nothing fancy.

This is a great hotel to stay. Just 5 minutes walking distance to shopping and foods (food court at Pavillion is great and cheap). Right next to Pavillion Mall that have everything and it's connected through pedestrian overpass. The room is bigger than average hotels and they provided free wireless broadband (mine is Deluxe). If you stay more than 2-3 days, they will be a hotel supervisor ring you asking for feedback. The only downside is the hotel's lift, only 3 of it so you have to wait a bit longer (doesn't bother me because i'm on holiday, no rush). I will definately stay at this hotel again, probably in November.
