we booked 4 rooms and all rooms smelled musty and like wet carpet. room number one had an aircon leak and they only changed the room when we demanded them to change it --- hours after waiting for them to supposedly fix it.

hair everywhere in the bathroom when i arrived, people who stayed there previously wrote and draw on the wall, lamp. the electric kettle inside the room was very dirty inside, black spot all over inside the kettle. the carpet was off the floor, the air conditioner was not working (they change my room 3 times during my first 2 days of stay), shower curtain has alot of black spots, as well as the wall of the shower areas. I am not talking about 1 room only, as i told you, they change my room 3 times. do their housekeeping really do their job?! the receptionist was not friendly at all, the couch at the main lobby has water/coffee/tea spilt marks all over. the only good thing about this hotel is the location. people need to have a place to rest when they are tired travelling, however what can this hotel do with their room quality standard?!

There is no frig, and swimming pool, but very good location to access to street restaurant, and the other shopping malls. Food is not good, and only bed & T.V. in the room. There is only room and small restarant. Food not suitable for us, and no taste. There is no pool. Good location. Good access to main street, and shopping malls.

The hotel location is very good because near to foods street and also near to shopping centers. Only things i need to complaint is the water boiler in the hotel is very dirty, inside are rusty. Hotel room look old. Not value for money. Hopefully hotel management can do some renovation in future. TV reception very poor, look like no peolpe go mantain. water boiler are very dirty because inside are rusty. Only good thing of the hotel is near to shopping mall and foods street. Infront of hotel have alots of teksi pass by but most of thems not couting by meter. So, please bargain 1st before go in to the teksi.

We've stayed in Nova 4 nights, at least 2 nights were bothered by small bugs and changed room twice for this reason. Location is perfect for travelling around in KL. That's the only benefit.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, but a little drab and dingy. The staff were friendly and reasonably efficient.

Average location. Poor quality rooms. rooms given via this site will likely to be poor quality and very corner of corridors. Extremely basic breakfast!!!!.
