Rated #59 for all Kuala Lumpur hotels
We are surprised to be able to have premier room. It was a high level. The breakfast was good, with a mixture of local food & English breakfast. The Receptionist was very friendly. When we complain that the kettle is not working well, the staff came very fast to solve the problem.
Overall we are very pleased with the hotel, with less than $200 for 3 days, was very worth for this service.
Will definitely stay there again if we go KL. ...

This hotel is very tired and dirty. The women front desk staff were excellent but the men were very aloof, condescending and rude. There was no bellman or anyone to help with luggage. The hotel appears to cater to small Asian business meetings. Don't plan to eat at the hotel for more than the included breakfast as the restaurant appeared to be open but when we asked for a menu, the waitress disappeared and never came back. While within walking distance of the Skytrain station and Chinatown, we suspect there are other hotels of better value that would also be within walking distance of restaurants and better suited to western tourists. The tours were way overpriced. The Tourism Malaysia kiosk at KL Sentral has much better options and information.

The hotel is located near China Town and it is convenient for shopping and easy to take a walk back from China Town. Other than that, even though the hotel is near the city center, bus and train facilities are not so close. But taking a cab will cost only 10 to 15 RM to reach most of the city's attractions. We stayed at 16th floor and noise level was not as basd as one of the reviews I read before travelling. Cleanliness can and need a lot of improvement. Overall, the hotel is suitable for short travelling distance and quite staying in with family.
Size of room and accessibility was good. No swimming pool, fitness corner.
Very friendly staff and willing to assist with a big smile at any time.
The number of items is limited and can see many of the items repeated everyday.
Good location except that there is no bus facility. Taxi is the most common transport to and from the hotel.

We stayed in a room on floor 17. There was a high and very disturbing noise from the ventilation system.Be shure to get a room in lower floor. Breakfast facilities were rather basic, but service and staff were good.

The hotel service was terrible. The tap water was brown and bathtub was jam, TV remote control does not worked, pillowsheets were stained and after informing the concierge repeatedly nothing was done to repair the problems!

It's better to prepare a city map for guest hotel.
If the hotel has tourist information center or travel agency, I think it will be good.

Room was okay, but was a bit expensive compared to other places we stayed in Malaysia. The lobby was quite fancy, but the actual rooms weren't all that amazing, just a step up from backpacker hostels. Just didn't seem that clean.
Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in a decent location (five minutes or so walk to Chinatown, about half an hour walk to the main city centre). The breakfast buffet was pretty good too.

The hotel service was adequate but the hotel itself is in need of a serious referbishment. There was dirty dishes left in the corridor outside our room for two days. The first room they showed us looked like it had not been cleaned in some time with stains every where and a musty damp smell, The second room which i was told was an upgrade, was pretty much the same except they managed to find me a plug for the bath, which was missing from both rooms, after a days travelling I just wanted to relax so I accepted this room even though it was also substandard. The staff were friendly enough but this did not make up for the state of the room which for the price should have been at least clean. The bath rooms in both rooms had that lovely greeny black mold around the bath and the shower did not work properly. To be fair to the hotel managment they did tell me it will be referbished shortly but until that time I would not use this hotel again. I do not want to rubbish the staff as they were good. With the busy roads so close there was a constant traffic noise which could not be shut out as the windows did not shut properly. I felt the hotel was only a little better than a backpackers but more than double the price.

The room was of excellent size. It was nicely decorated and well presented, but perhaps could have done with decorating. Bathroom was of good size too and had a nice bath and shower. Well equipped with TV, fridge, kettle etc. Only problem with the room was the cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning. Rest of hotel was well presented and staff were very helpful and friendly. Both restaurants were very nice, and the hotel was in a good position, just a 3 minute walk to China Town and the MRT. Only problem was you had to cross a very busy 6 lane road to get there, or climb a bridge, so would not recommend location to anyone with mobility probelms.
