"Overall, very good but with one minor concern, some of the Tapas bar staff may require a customer service review, a smile is an important part of customer service, tourists may be a pain in the bum, but they pay your wages. Isolated but accessible by taxi and hotel provided transport, more infomation required re public transport. "

"The best family accommodation that we encountered on our trip, balancing the need for hotel service with the ability to do your own thing. All the facilities were very good and our teenagers were particularly impressed with the free internet access in the Ambassador's room. As a mother, I was impressed with the coin-operated laundry facility. We last stayed at the Mi Casa fifteen years ago and were very impressed with the service then. Much to our surprise it has got even better. Very close to a wide range of shopping and entertainment facilities as well as the metro. An oasis of tranquility in a busy corner of K.L. Taxis plentiful, walkable to metro, easy access to both tourist and business centres. An excellent hotel at very competitive rates."
