Micasa All Suite Hotel (formerly the Micasa Hotel Apartments) is a true 'home away from home'. Here guests can relax in style and be pampered the way 'mum' does. Yes, at this hotel it's not just an ordinary welcome that you get on arrival, but a true 'welcome home' feeling.

The best family accommodation that we encountered on our trip, balancing the need for hotel service with the ability to do your own thing. All the facilities were very good and our teenagers were particularly impressed with the free internet access in the Ambassador's room. As a mother, I was impressed with the coin-operated laundry facility. We last stayed at the Mi Casa fifteen years ago and were very impressed with the service then. Much to our surprise it has got even better. Very close to a wide range of shopping and entertainment facilities as well as the metro. An oasis of tranquili...

The room was never vacummed and the bathroom floor was not cleaned daily. I purposely left a small piece of paper on the bathroom floor and it never moved from the place it was layed for our entire stay. In addition breakfeast was a nightmare with the restaurant being totally fulled and you had to que everyday. This is holiday season and the hotel should have opened up the pool area tables for guest to sit for breakfeast. The problems occurred from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. We were told to just come earlier. That's not acceptable. I heard the hotel will be torn down in january 2008 and replaced with service apartments. This along with the fact that the employees will be given no severence pay does not make for a motivated staff. It's no wonder they never cleaned the room properly.

Overall, very good but with one minor concern, some of the Tapas bar staff may require a customer service review, a smile is an important part of customer service, tourists may be a pain in the bum, but they pay your wages. Isolated but accessible by taxi and hotel provided transport, more infomation required re public transport.

Tapas bar, food and service, excellent, except when Rugby Match, too much noise, too much fans. Cilantro must improve the Menu and the Wine List. The rest excellent. Opposite to the other big and goods Hotel from the gold triangle, MiCasa is an excellent choose to evade from the Center activities.

Room at Micasa was excellent. The breakfast which was included in the room charge was also excellent. But the receptionist was not efficient and was making many mistakes. Eventhough the hotel is in Golden Triangle, we found that the area was lonely and the hotel was not easily accessible. There are not many shops around this hotel.

Taxis plentiful, walkable to metro, easy access to both tourist and business centres. An excellent hotel at very competitive rates.
