This is a fantastic hotel, really nice and the location is excatly opposite the KLCC Twin Towers, the food was fantastic, and the price which was given by hoteltravel.com is very cheap, I strongly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel, I think this hotel should be 5 star and not 4 star, as the room is very big and very clean as well as the toilet, overall I liked this hotel very much, and when ever I go to Malaysia for sure I will stay in this hotel....

Every thing was you should expect from an international standard hotel. I arrived at 8am and they had a room ready for me by 9am. Oddly however, my room wasn't cleaned until about 4pm the next day. Location is central and public transport is only 5 mins walk away.

Actually this is my forth time to stay in this hotel, they give me free of charge for upgrade to deluxe room, but a blemish in an otherwise perfect thing is inside the room those small staffs like in the bathroom the cloth hander and basin they really need to do some patch up. Another thing is they give me the wrong key card when i open the door somebody still occupying, anyway they apologise to me and this story is remind you pls double lock the door when you are inside the room.

There is a construction on the back side of the hotel at the moment. Be carefull - if get a room that side - it is a nightmare. I have spend a lot of money in the Spa - to do something nice for myself and then sleep in the room with a lot of drilling noise from the construction - just not making sense, it is awfull and the view as well. I did complained to the manager - but he said it is not their fault( off course, not - but I paid money tohis hotel at stay in) and he suggested that he will do me a favour an let me use a pool after my check - out for few hours. This is the most ridiculous suggestion I ever heard - in any hotel you may use the pool after the check - out - hotels always prefer people spend money ( drinks, meal etc) at their hotel. I mean really it is not fair to pay a normal price and then get sick due to the lack of sleep. Room is very simple, but nice. Perhaps curtains need to be freshed up. there are everything you need, but at pool side there are only 7 sun - beds. Staff is very friendly and smiling and very helpfull. It is just 2 min walk to Petronas Towers and 15 min walk to the centrum. you can always get a taxi within 2 min.

The rooms are cozy with appealing furnishings. Excellent service by the staff in term of friendliness and helpfulness. Good breakfasts Malaysian style. Ideallly located opposite the entrance of KLCC with a direct underground bypass to Suria KLCC for shopping & meals. Perfect for attending short conventions and functions at KLCC.

Fantastic! The staff was friendly, professional perfect hosts. The daily fruit bowl was a welcomed gift -- all requests were met with a prompt response. The Swasana Spa was DEFINITELY value for money -- the massage therapist was skilled and strong.

When we arrived there were a lot of people checking in at the same time. There were not enough staff on the front desk to deal with everyone and you could see the tension was mounting. Check-in therefore was long and first impressions were not good when SHIDA just snatched my reservation paper out of my hand, put it down on a pile and carried on doing some other work. She didnt look at me when she asked for my passport. About ten minutes later someone asked me if I was being attended to and I told them I had given in my paper and was now being ignored. Once in the room we found it was twin beds instead of a double that was requested in our booking so I phoned down to the front desk - they told me - obviously without checking as the answer was far too quick that there would be none for the duration of our stay. The following morning we asked again at the reception and they told us that we could move to a room with a double bed the same day - they would call us in the room and let us know when it would be ready. By 2pm there had been no call so I went down to reception to ask...the room we were meant to have been given had obviously been given to someone else but another was being made up and they would call us when that was ready. Still no call - so I went back down again - still looking for the cleaning supervisor to see if the room was ready. I went back to the room, and decided to go to the pool - I called down to let them know I would be at the pool if the room wasready. About 30 mins, later the pool guy came and told me that reception was calling....the first thing she said to me was that she had been phoning me for 30 minutes...well, if her colleague had told her, or left a note to say that I was in the pool she wouldnt have been wasting her time. I was then able to get the key. When I checked the new room however, it was a smoking room and the toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor....so better not to move in fact. I felt that there were not enough staff on the front desk or in the restaurant to do a proper job and there is a distinct lack of manners when it comes to being able to deal with difficult customers...I think more training is needed. Only had breakfast in the hotel - good selection of food - too much to choose from in fact.

The hotel has the facilities of a 1st class hotel. The staff were courtious, helpful and friendly in the business sense. Its location is excellent as it is walking distance to KLCC shopping mall and the night life at Bukit Bintang. The room that I had was facing the contruction work which is quiet an eyesore during the day time. Another minus is the cabling work going on the ceiling on the common corridor during the daytime on the 2nd floor.

Pool is the best thing about the Impiana KLCC, followed closely by its central location. Breakfast buffet good but service slow and not very friendly. Concierge helpful and efficient. Room cleaning/ make up was hit and miss but not a disaster. I would stay again only if the rates were cheap!

This hotel was excellent value for money. The location was great (very central) and the room itself was exactly what I was hoping for- large, very clean and with everything I needed. It was a pleasure to be at the hotel after hours of sight-seeing. I would definately recomend this hotel to single travellers or couples. Very nice!

Great hotel! Construction next door (all night!), no gym, small tv and bad reception, small bit of mold around tub, were the bad points. Lovely lobby, nice bathroom (marble?), kind staff, location to bar and restaurant row (walking distance to restaurants, the mall, etc), big breakfast buffet, large restaurant with activities for a Chinese new year evening, nice pool facing the towers, reasonable online price, welcome drink and towel were all the great highlights. I would recommend the place!

The first things come into my mind is the modern concept interior design of the room, spacious, bathroom and cleanliness of the room. The hotel located near to KLCC, 10 minutes walk we can find one stretch of pub, cafe and restaurant and the magnificient night view of twin towers really amass me. what i didnt like is the morning breakfast which is crowded with people and we have to queue up waiting for the chef preparing the food ......

I stayed there when i was celebrating my first year anniversary. Somehow, during the one night stay I accidently left a wedding ring in the room and checked out at 12pm.The moment I realized it, it was almost to 2pm. When I called the hotel, they informed that they have not cleaned up my room,I was luckly that they've found the wedding room. The next day I collected the ring from the reception caunter. It was so amazing, the staffs were very helpful and efficient. next to KLCC.walking distance to restaurants nearby

the hotel room is great, spacious, clean and with free internet. i like the decors as well. swimming pool has a great view as well especially facing the twin towers. the staffs are mostly very friendly. other than the above mentioned, the systems are really not very up to date yet. the door card is too sensitive that we are locked out often and had to ask for the staffs for help. the hotel parking area is too limited that i'm almost always left with no place to park my car and had to pay for valet parking or am even asked to park elsewhere. but overall the place is really within walking distance to twin towers. value for money.

I really enjoy my stay in this hotel. It's new, clean and closed to KLCC. The concierge staffs are nice and helpfull, but the front desk did not really show their smile. Only one thing they need to improve: Taxi stand, so we don't to wait while they're looking for it. In general, I love this hotel so much, would like to recommend everybody to try.

Was very disappointed with service, room keeping turned up at 4pm to clean rooms when the "please make-up room "sign went up at 10am. Waited for 1 hr to check in coz room was not cleaned yet at 3pm. Service at coffee house was slow, took one hour for simple noodle orders. Breakfast tables was dirty and understaffed. The eletronic key doors malfunctioned all the time and needed to reset at reception on daily basis, sometimes several times daily. Only one or 2 staff working at front desk at a time, so service was very slow. Got charged for Kitkats when they did not check/update the room bar properly. I thought my partner ate it but when reliased they made a mistake, its was too late to rtn to ask for Kitkat refund. A poorly run hotel considering its supposedly 4 star and newly renovated and all. Thumbs down, will not return !

Admittedly the hotel was in a state of flux being as some of the floors were still being renovated. Some of the staff were quite knowledgeable and helpful, others were quite frankly not suited to their job. I probably would stay again, if only to see if their overall service improves. The room was great, however on a side note our bar fridge remained empty until the second to last day of our stay. I believe Impiana has only been open since December, so i can't really be too harsh in my critique, however for their sake i'd hope they improve and sharpen their image before 1 KL plaza opens. In 35 degree 89% humidity, its a brisk 3 minute walk to the cool confines of the Suria KLCC and twin towers. Cabs are a dirt cheap way to get around town and the hotel is no more than 10 ringgit from anywhere you want to go in KL. At US$70 a night its great value. Anything more and i probably would have stayed at either the Maya or Mandarin Oriental.
