I stayed at the Ancasa Hotel for 2 nights with my daughter on our way back from Greece. The service was excelent, the room great and the breakfast menu yum! So much to choose from the breakfast buffett. Very close to China Town, not walking distance to the Towers but taxi was quite cheap. Overall the stay was good and I would stay there again. The public transport (Bus Station) is the nearest and stop in front of the hotel that i can use to and from the LCCT (Airport). The food is excellent nearby the hotel from local to western or express foods.

The location of the hotel is great. Transportation from and to the airport, as well as other interesting places to visit is easy. To first time visitors I recommend to take the express train to the city to avoid traffic jams.

Nice and clean, efficient staff and god location near chinatown. We were on a family holliday and stayed in Kuala Lumpur for only 2 days. The hotel gives you good value for the money. A little old rooms and well used but in shape.
The breakfast was very good. The restaurrant OK.

The service standards in KL usually leaves alot to be desired, so it was a nice surprise that the staff were warm and courteous. Having stayed at Ancasa 3x before, i notice they seem to have an ongoing problem with the plumbing in the rooms cos each n every time i've stayed there, i've encoutered problems with either the wash basin and/or toilet bowl being choked up..requiring me to have to call the hotel's maintainence staff each time. But on the whole the stay was definitely enjoyable and i will stay there again because the friendly n efficient staff coupled with the great area its located in more than makes up for everything else:)

The hotel has a great location in the centre for the good and the bad. The noise is really bothering. Very loud indeed.
The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the security staff. Very alert and very friendly.
The aircondition system is very noisy. The reception sold me a card for wireless internet that didnt work at my floor. It only worked from floor 2 and down (!). When I compained about it they said I could use cable which I didnt bring due to the fact that they "offered" wireless. I asked if they could borrow me one but they say that I could use the phone cable in the room which of course doesnt work.
When I pointed out the fact that I bough a card which I cant use although they said that it could be used at my floor they just said "sorry". No refund was possible. Good service.
The room was a worn down room although clean and the bathroom was the smallest one I ever have seen in a hotel.
There were more downsides that I wont go into here. As an eexperienced traveler I see my share of hotels and this hotel isnt worth staying in unless you really need to be in the dead centre of things. But then again there are others to chose from.

During our stay in this hotel, the internet service was poor. holiday tours was poor and we couldn't use their sevice for visiting the site scenes. Once we tried to use one of their servie foe highland , we became disapointed , because the taxi service was expensive and not reliable. When they kept our luggage for two days, so that we could travel to Lankawi Island, they forgot to give our umberela back. despite our emphasis for not leaving anything behind in the hotel.

We only stayed overnight-in transit, but it was a clean and tidy hotel for the price we paid. Very close to China town and good eating spots. We would liked to have stayed longer to check out the placea a bit more. We would go there again.

The only thing wrong with the room is that I was facing the main street and there was constant car honking at all hours of the day and night. Other than that, great view of the Twin Towers and the other tall towers of the area!
