1. Recep are very friendly and nice bunch of people. They makes you feel good and welcome. Always always smiles even at after midnight.
2. The lobby although small but it is a marks of a Malaysian life especially in Malacca. Beautiful set up and the coffee house as well have that touch.
3. a) Cafe at the lobby for breakfast sucks! They dont even know what's a half boiled egg. We were like 5 of us and none of us got any eggs done right.
b) The bread was not done nicely as what we seen on the advertisement (in the lift). It looks cheap and has no hotel standards.
c) The lift advert ...

My 11 year old son and I were disappointed with the location. The map shows its location between the Patronas Towers and the KL Tower. It was located on the road listed but down by the British Embassy. A hefty walk to the Partonas Tower and an equally as far to the KL Tower beyond the Petronas Twin Towers. The hotel itself was fine but farther away from things than we expected. The taxi driver had a difficult time finding it. I wouldn't rate it 4 star but would give it an upper or honest 3 star. The rooms themselves were fine as was the upper level pool.

c) The lift advert on the breakfast says opens from 11AM to 11PM(??HUH??) When we got a confirmation that the breakfast ends at 11AM. Should there be some kind of other breakfast promotions that starts from 11AM to 11PM, no one was able to advise.
Nevertheless, I will come again and stay in this Hotel Apartment... but will not have any food at the coffee house.
