great location, clean rooms, good house keeping. The wait for the elevators was a little too long and room service brought incorrect order once, good buffet selection. big room nice view, nice arrangment, clean. pool, a couple of dinning places, internet and computer connections. staff weren't that friendly or smart. easy access to everywhere. nice choice of food , but at a price. didn't find a speck of dust and everything was new. at 3 am we could hear an alarm for a while and it wasn't clear where it was coming from. some of the staff knew a lot but some of them didn't have a clew what to see or where to go. not too many TV channels but it did have kareoke every night. clean , great location, but internet was 1 dollor a min.

Centrally located hotel with good facilities and breakfast buffet. Staaf are friendly but service is sometimes very slow (had to complain 4 times before something was done about the faulty toilet in the room)

Very friendly staff, but the room very pokey and small. At my second stay at the hotel I got a simillar room and this time the room had an unpleasant smell. If I had intended to stay longer I would have looked for another hotel.

proximity to mono rail---just few steps ahead. clean & contemporary decor----room,lobby,restaurants. you pay heavy for internet connection unless stay in premier. located around the most happening places---shopping.cafes,night life. friendly staff & well managed business centre.but it shuts down at 5 pm. business or leisure,staying here is a pleasure.

Fantastic place to stay in KL, close to all amenities: shopping, sights, skyrail,etc Only poor feature was the stained carpet in our room. However will stay there again.

This was my second stay at The Grand Plaza Parkroyal in KL. It rates highly with me as it's right across my favourite shop - Sungei Wang Plaza! It's also in a safe & good location as it's right near the Bukit Bintang monorail & walking distance to the nightlife, including late night food stalls, massage parlours, markets & pubs & clubs. The rooms are spacious & very clean & staff friendly & helpful. I will definitely be going back when I return to Malaysia as it's also great value for money.
