The hotel is quite cheap and it is situated at the heart of City from where travelling to any place like Petronas Tower, Railway station, Bus Stand, KLCC, Zoo, Bird park is comfortable and economical. Market is also near by (Walking Distance). Hotel can become excellent place of stay if cleanliness can be improved, specially Bathroom....

The distance towards Puduraya Bus station is pretty far. The shoula have a back gate as short cut. There is not much taxi within the compound. Especially in the morning, the road is deserted which is pretty unsafe.

The hotel is not one where I will stay again or recommend to anyone. The breakfast had lousy food and no choice whatsoever. The room was unclean. The airconditioning was very strong even with the lowest setting causing one to freeze. The hotel is not prefered by taxies.

The customer service of the staff is very poor. The Corridor was full of smoke smell. The Bell Boy or waiter was smoking a Cigar while carrying the drink to the Room. I had been to India and had fantastic Room for this price in Kerala,Trichy and Thirunelvalie. The dress code of the staff was poor.I had a 07 months old baby with me, I was reluctant to stay due to smoke smell. I think you should get a recent photo of the Room and display on Internet. I will not recommend the above hotel for family with kids Your Service is excellent, I will book Room thru you in the future too.Your pricing is excellent and affordable Thanks D.Sripathmasri

The best feature was that the hotel was close to Chinatown and main shopping areas, which is why we chose it from the web. The outside of the hotel bears no resemblance to the picture on the website, which must have been taken from a very different angle and makes it look much more replendent. The lobby is in reasonable condition. The room was spacious and reasonably furnished with slightly grubby-looking curtains and carpet. The covers on the bed were stained, but the sheets were clean. The bathroom was appalling: the wash-hand basin, toilet and shower stall was very old, stained and chipped. The shower curtain was mouldy, beige-yellow in colour and hung lop-sidedly from about 6 hooks. There were ants crawling all over the base of the shower stall and floor. The toilet did not flush properly, which was obviously known to the management as there was a jug placed on the cistern, presumably to assist with this.

Depending on groups of guests staying, sometimes there was a wide range of breakfasts available and sometimes only Asian food. However, at my request, the staff arranged for me to eat European food - so I was pleased.

Chinese New Year
14 Feb 10

Chinese New Year marks the first day of the first new moon, and is celebrated all over Malaysia. Most of the larger towns and cities organise performances, firework displays and traditional lion and dragon dances. Most people choose to celebrate the new year with family and friends, and children often receive small gifts of money from their relatives.
