The bathroom could have been a lot cleaner (Rust in the bath-tub, fittings were almost falling off and there was a layer of grime around the windows), but otherwise the room was very spacious and comfortable. And despite being next to the main road it was quiet. Also received a complimentary newspaper in English every morning, which was very nice. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest monorail station, which will take you right across Kuala Lumpur, with connections to the main rail and underground. Petronas Towers are also nearby, with perhaps a 15-20 minute walk or 5 mins by Monorail. Nearby, there are several shops (7-Eleven type) and a KFC.

Eveything was in very bad shape. My worst experience of life in a hotel.I couldnt sleep the whole night,internal phones were not working, staff was uncooperative.toilets were stinking, room was damp and full of mosquitoes.complimentary breakfast was horrible.

We had to change the room immediately on getting the first one as the toilet was not functioning. The second room had the same problem but we were too fed up with the small size of the room leaking toilet and the high price so just decided to somehow manage. the size is too small and the room was not even fumigated leading to insects and cockroaches running all over the room. the wake up call though taken at the reception did not really work out. cost-wise it is too much for the quality.
romm service was extremely slow and the foos was really not upto the mark even in the restaurant.
