Please improve on available day excursions. Guests cannot be expected to enquire about possible excursions if the are foreign to the country. We were not offered any package and are unaware of any since it is not advertized anywhere. I would have liked a day trip to Malaka but had no idea how to go about it....

My husband had stomach cramp and fever after having in room dining on the day we arrived. The hotel did not show any gesture or even words of concern. The staff at the cafeteria where we had our breakfast were not so friendly. I asked a lady staff to set up an empty table for our breakfast as the rest of the tables were either occupied or not cleared, she stared at us and walked off. The same reaction happened when we asked for coffee/tea. Overall, do not feel that it is a 5 star hotel and definitely the service and room condition do not warrant the hotel charges. Will not consider staying in future. Very disappoining!
