Rated #35 for all Kuala Lumpur hotels
Saves time (no waiting in traffic jams!) because of its excellent location - we could walk to the craft centre, Petronas Towers, Go Genting Bus Stop and every conceivable mall! High quality room and breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend it! ...

The hotel is very well located, close to one of the best malls in town. Also is only 15 minutes walking to the Petronas Towers.

The hotel itself was very comfortable. Good location. Good value for money for the USD66 we paid. It has now gone up in price.A shame breakfast wasn't included in the price.

Excellent value for money, but no hot water 50% of the time. Overall will stay there again as everything else was great.

Excellent value quality Hotel in Bukit Bintang area. Short distance to Bintang Walk for shopping and eating out. Staff were always pleasant and nothing was a problem for them. Check In and Out was very smooth and good communications. Our rooms were on the 26th Floor with great views of City. Breakfast was good with reasonable buffet choices. We would stay there again no problem.

We did not know that the appartment units are not in the hotel building itself. After collecting the keys, we had to carry our luggage and walk across roads to the building which is about 400 m away. I think more information should be given.

The room was of a high standard but the only downside was how thin the walls are, you can generally hear the lifts as they go down and up and various other noises. I found that most of the staff are very polite and helpfull. The hotel is a prime location stituated in the centre of KL with one of the busiest shopping/entaintment areas around. A downside of the hotel is that you have to pay to use the spa/sauna/steamroom where in most hotels this is free.
Overall the dorsett experience i had was pleasent but for someone who is looking to relax and enjoy all the facilities they have to offer i`d say another hotel elsewhere can be found at a more reasonable price.

The best thing about this hotel is the huge rooms and convenient location. Huge marble bathroom. Flat screen computer in room. The downside was the internet card I paid US$13 for did not work. I had to go down to the front desk several times from the 26th floor to get several replacement cards, as staff did not respond to my phone calls. Finally after the 4th card, the receptionist said "This one is a new card". So I gather they were giving me used and expired cards?! Cold, boring breakfast buffet. Would have liked more tv channels. It would not be my first choice in KL, but I would stay here again as a third choice.

This hotel was good value for money. Check in staff were brisk and efficient although a smile or two would have made a big difference. Doris at the tours and information desk was particularly helpful and very friendly - as a result we used her services a lot. The location of this hotel was excellent, the rooms comfortable in size and well furnished with good en suite bathrooms. We appreciated having the computer connection in our room which allowed us to connect our own laptop. We would definitely use this hotel again.
