Excellent hotel for what can only be classed as the most reasonably priced hotel for what we received. Fantastic room sizes, excellent location close to the main tourist centre for restaurants and shopping centres. Will definetely come again and will not look at any other hotel. Finally, staff courtesy and proffesionalism out of this world....

I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza previously (I believe it was a deluxe room), and this time have chosen a Grand Deluxe Room because we had 3 people staying in one room. I had the impression that I can choose between that or two double beds, but I found that though I have paid the extra money, it was a room with King Bed and a rollout bed and the room size wasn't much bigger than the Deluxe room.
Attitude from Reception staff was average, but other than that, the location is excellent, along with a scrumptious buffet breakfast and a well-attended swimming pool.

We had opted for a grand delux room which was a much more spacious room. Through our stay we wanted to move to a higher floor and hotel was more then happy to oblige. However at times it felt that they were understaffed at reception. Breakfast was superb. Overall a good experience. Business Centre closed too early (5pm). Reception always seemed as if they were short on hands.
Right next to the metro and a short walk to the Petrona Towers and shopping malls.

Terrific location with fabulous views of the Twin Towers from our room. Within walking distance of major attractions. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Petronas, Bukit Bintang business area. I thought the hotel rooms were very clean. Staff full of smiles and ready to help, good food, I loved the breakfast. Here you pay a little more compared with other 5-star hotels in the area but I think it is worth it. Everything was of a very high standard. The breakfast was excellent with very good staff. Their in house spa was also of top quality. The location is so convenient with a monorail station at the entrance of the hotel. Bukit Bintang, where there is good shopping and eating and entertainment is a short walk away. There are eating places within easy walking distance which was nice.

I only have one issue with this property. Bathroom has a ceiling speaker with reasonable sound quality. Unfortunately sound insulation in the bathroom is not the best and music/TV from other rooms can be heard in the bathroom along with the usual bathroom noise not uncommon in a building of this vintage (circa 1970). Another point, broadband connection is almost US$20 per 24 hours. Take this into consideration when deciding whether to upgrade to an Executive Floor room in which broadband is free, along with the usual executive floor freebies.
