"As I was visiting the Thai Embassy which is only a short walk from the hotel I find this is a convenient place to stay and have now done so twice. I did find the room last time; especially the bathroom, bigger and in better condition.
The hotel is located in the Center Square shopping mall which has reasonable shopping and a good food mall for cheap eating. Golds Gym is also in the mall right beside the hotel check-in and is the best gym I have been in for a long time. It is also free to use for guests of the Hotel.
The position of the Crown Princess is also only a brisk walk of just over 1 klm. to the Petronus Twin Towers which must have the best shopping Mall in KL. I walked there and back twice and spent some hours shopping, browsing and eating..
To sum it up, the Crown Princess is not the best hotel in KL but it is convenient to a lot of other attractions and is good value for money. I will stay there again.
Friendly and helpful staff. Near center of town and close to everything. This is not a new hotel and some rooms are in better repair than others. The rooms are however clean and smell clean.Cabs to anywhere nearby including the KLA express are under 20 RM. "
