This hotel is ideal if you want to spend most of your time shopping and relaxing with family and friends. The location is very central with the best shopping malls in KL all around you. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The only, and literally the ONLY annoying thing about the hotel was that the walls are super thin so you can hear the people in the next-door rooms, especially each time anyone turns the faucet/shower on. so i wouldnt recommend for honeymooners cos its noisy. but I know that I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is definitely in the most happening area of KL. Room decor was great. the shower was great too. but the rooms were really small. and the walls super thin. you can hear everything from the other rooms. Everything I needed was provided for.
Not bad service. But we had to request twice that our rooms be serviced because apparently the sign was not enough. great food. i only wish the tea/coffee had been hot. because it was served in kettles placed on hot plates, the tea/coffee kept getting cold. Shopping malls all around the hotel: Lot 10 right opposite. Sungei Wang and BB Plaza on the left. Berjaya Times Square at the back. Pavillion, Star Hill and KL Plaza literally not more the 5 minutes walk away.
We booked it the night before and we told them we were 5 persons with about 8 pieces of luggage. and the hotel provided us with an Eco Van which was too small...and sitting with the heavy luggage falling on us on every turn was not comfortable.

Buffet breakfast was excellent! Great location - right in the centre of the shopping belt. Just 15 minutes slow walk to Petronas Twin Towers.

The space was very small for triple beds.
The room is very noisy with the water-closet voice.
The restaurant for breakfast was cleanliness, there were some insects found.
The location was very close to the shopping center and skytrain station.
