It is not practical to have only one key card for the room if we book a twin bed room. The hotel system is suck. I will not come back again.On my last night while I was at the coffee house using the internet, I heard from the front desk that 1 of the guest checkin in with a family of 4 ( 2 adult and 2 children age 5 and below). The front desk insist the guest to get another extra bed that he mentioned to the guest that is is the hotel policy. I think this is not right, if the guest think that they can sleep on the twin bed let it be. if they cant they will ask for a extra bed. Why the front desk bother?

We stayed for 3 nights at Corona Inn Hotel. It's just a standard hotel with all the basic amenities. The location is good. 15 minutes walk to reach Petaling Street, 5 minutes to Bukit Bintang and you wll just cross the street to reach Jalan Alor. The room is ok. However there's always foul odor. We don't know where it came from. The staff were ok. They are efficient and attend to our request. The housekeeping is good. They always change our bedsheets and towels and replenish our stocks of coffee and tea and also providing us 2 bottles of complimentary mineral water everyday without us asking for it.
