I am a non smoker but was not given a choice / asked for a non smoking room. Aircon air is very bad in the room. cannot really sleep well at night cause by choking. Air in the lobby area has also much room for improvement.

I recommend this hotel for all occassions. Very near to bus and train station that takes to downtown. Walking distance from Twin Tower and Communication tower. Centerly locatted near to may attraction. I enjoyed my stay, staff was very helpful. Little bit far from Airport. You could travel from Airport by train to this hotel.

Excellent service and facilities. The only thing we did not like was the KL taxi service.

I liked most the location and very nice and friendly staff of the Hotel. Close to transportation, cafes, restaurants and night clubs, and sites. The hotel is in the central location with good transportation: cab can be taken either with help of hotel staff or yourself; the train station is only few minutes away. The hotel hosts many events, which is the reason for a big crowd in the lobby at evenings and music at the hotel bar is sometimes quite loud. However, it is a problem only if you at the lobby.

Very convenient as the Monorail station is just less than a min walk. The hotel is very clean too. Food and entertainment is good.

In order to get Broadband access I had to upgrade to a Premier room, there was no option to pay for Broadband in a normal room as they were only supplied with dial up. Room was well furnished but disappointing to have a view of a wall having upgraded to a premier room. This was a very expensive option but I had no choice. I will not go back to the Concorde again. Very near the monorail. The Hotel airport limousine service was excellent.

The toilet flooded overnight, however the staff dealt with it swiftly & well. I was extremely pleased with my choice of hotel. The way our luggage was handled in particular. We didn't have to carry it anywhere and it was safely stored & labelled after we had checked out & left it at the hotel for safekeeping during a day of tourism.

Staff were friendly and efficient, and the buffet breakfast delicious and plentiful of variety. The hotel is well located for public transport too, with two different train stations within 3 minutes' walk of the main entrance. The pool is adequate and functional, but the hotel allows a school to use it some days in the late afternoon. They do not inform guests of this. I wanted to take a swim one day and found the pool packed (for 2 hours) with 40 or so screaming children, making swimming impossible and relaxing by the pool also not an option. This was most annoying. The hotel should inform guests of this nuisance.

Worth requesting an upgrade to the newer section of this Hotel at a nominal cost. Privileges were personalised and Rooms were much more modern, larger and airier. Check out was personalised & transfers to the Airport were included one way. Facilities were also superb!
