I travelled with my family and spent one overnight in KL on the way to Cambodia. The Concorde was excellent in terms of location, service and facilities. I would definitely stay there again in the future for an overnight stay. The bus service was on time and very convenient. My children thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the buffet dinner. There were plenty of choices for dinner and it was hot, fresh and there was a variety of cooked and fresh foods. We are very happy we chose this hotel. Thanks hotel travel.com for the online answers to questions and for the help with the b...

This hotel is no where near the airport terminal. Its a 10 minute shuttle to International terminal and a 25 minute taxi ryde to locost terminal. Very noisy. Looks like a hospital. As its is classed as an airport hotel , the corridors are never quiet and it is tiled throughout which makes it worse. On the good side, the breakfast was better than most places and the staff were friendly. Also had ironing facilities. The view from the room window was a toilet I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

The rooms were much better then i expected, i was on a 1 day layover between flights so was convenient to stay here. Very expensive if you wanted to go into K.L. and was also able to pay an extra $20 to stay until 6pm.

We thought the hotel was perfect for our stay at the airport. I booked it on the internet and all was ready for us. We had 3 rooms as there were 4 adults and 3 children - and it made the journey so much better to cope with.

the room was clean and spacious. However, the room was not ready with my extra bed even tho i specified that there will be 3 adults in the room. The breakfast was excellent great food, a wide variety....the cost of travelling to and from LCCT was not updated in the website of the hotel. Was still old price of RM18 which shd be RM32. and the cost of midnite charge shd let the guests knw. Overall the hotel service is good.

For a vegetarian, the restaurant is a problem. I could hardly find anything to eat in dinner. The second problem was taxi service. I was exhorbitantly charged. The expense which on a call taxi could have been within RM50 was charged at RM170. This is very unreasonable.

This hotel is excellent for a stop over. It is not close to any major attractions but the rooms are very clean with good use of ammenities. Breakfast is fantastic but wouldn't recommend the room service menu. Will definitely be staying there again for any stop overs as it is fantastic value for money!

The shuttle service was a non-event. We got to the bus stop area, to be told there has not been a shuttle for over an hour. Many people were waiting. No one at the Hotel desk area in the airport seemed to know what was going on. We ended up getting a taxi to the hotel as we anticipated that it could be along wait for the shuttle. Apart from that, the hotel served our purpose as a night stopover between flights

We really enjoyed our stay at Concorde Inn KLIA. It is very convinient for people arriving late at night because KL City is very far. The food is also great and the shuttle service is good. Im not sure if there is also a shuttle to and from the LCC (Budget) airport. I hope they have this as LCC airport is a bit far from the hotel.

I was only there for one day, but the impression of the hotel was very good: it is indeed conveniently located at 3 minutes of airport, like it says on their introduction, with free shuttle bus. Breakfast buffet was fresh and extensive, impressive. I did not try any lunch, business center or pool. The checkout was over before I knew it, probably 10-15 seconds. The shuttle bus to return to the airport was full, so the hotel arranged a second car to bring remaining passengers to hotel. The room was very basic (white walls, basic furniture), but clean. Beds were good. You can stil hear the planes of the airport, but only low noise, quite acceptable. I was not pleased with the service of Hotel travel. I first got a mail with the oiginal price with the the demand to confirm within a few days, and I did so the same day. Then just a few days before my trip, I get an apology per mail that there is no more space at this price, and I get a higher price + some "alternatives" at 2-3 times the price of the original. The higher price was still acceptable, but it gave me feeling to be cheated on purpose: alternative at 2-3 times the original price is not an alternative, and there was no time anymore to look for alternatives ourselves. So I had no choice but to accept, but with a very bad feeling. I will most probably not use HotelTravel's services again in future.

When we made booking we understood that there would be a free shattle bus from the airport to the hotel since it's an airpot hotel. However, since we landed on the domestic airport(though it was an international flight) we had to use the taxi to/from the hotel. It was misleading and we ended up spending a lot of money for the taxi. It would be good if they could provide the transportation to the domestic airpot as well.

The facilities were single-story and a bit old. The a/c in our room didn't work, but was serviced pretty quickly and worked fine after that. We stayed over-night and ate there for dinner and breakfast...both meals were adequate. Transport to and from the hotel were over-priced (especially FROM the airport). It was a lot closer than going into KL city (an hr away), but I'd probably try to stay someplace else if I have to overnight near the KLCC airport again.

Hotel is nice and close to KLIA. Free shuttle to and from airport is really nice. There are very few eating options outside of the hotel. Rooms were clean and my family enjoyed the pool. The major problem was the noise level. I felt like I was in a noisy hospital all night. The halls of the standard rooms are all tiled, so all noise echoes and you hear each person pulling their luggage along the way. But if you have to choose a place to stay while having a long stopover at KLIA, then Conchord hotel is a good option.

I requested for a double bed and they gave me a single bed. So I had to request for a change. The room was more of a dorm room standard with weird smells. Bathroom was not the cleanest. During breakfast, the hotel staff showed abit of a double standard, they opened the doors and greeted foreigners but ignored us (I'm local). Apart from that, its a convenient place to crash if you have an overnight transit in KL, even so, I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a very convienient location with the airport quite nearby. It was quite good that the airport offered a shuttle service for free. The room, however was motel-like and very simple. The bathroom was too small and did not have enough toilitries. room was not perfectly clean and was a bit small. The check in desk attendants were not very friendly. Near the airport. As well as a free shuttle. As mentioned before, the shuttle service was efficient and avaliable regularly. It was too plain and can only be used for a one night stop over.

This room we booked was advertised as an executive room. When I arrived, I found the room to be substandard even discounting the quality based on it only being a three star hotel. The room had more of an appearance and feel of a cold sterile hospital room. All brick walls, tile floors with no textures to deaden the sound. The AC in the room was noisy and didn't work very well. When we called and asked if this was the best room they had, they indicated it was. At check in, the hotel desk staff was lethargic and would not even acknowledge us. When we tried to book a cab, the desk man continued to talk on his hand phone while we tried to set up a cab. This made it very difficult to understand who he was talking to. For almost 300 RM a night, the hotel is extremely over priced for the quality. I would never stay there again. Desk cleark was not friendly at all. Asked for a reciept at check out and was somewhat rudely informed since it was an online booking I would not be receiving a receipt. Breakfast buffet was poor.

Very very average hotel but for an overnight stay close to the airport it is reasonable. Certainly would not stay there if you had more time in KL. Very average all round. If the same situation arrises again would look very closely at paying the extra and staying at the Airport Hotel. Very basic room, noisy but efficient aircon, toilet that ran constantly till turned off, minimal everything. Checked into room and it had 2 singles, rang to complain and was told that was what I had requested! This was my honeymoon!!! Finally got someone to come and change our room. Our room was within throwin distance to the highway so had a lot of traffic noise. Only had breakfast but it was also very average. Not bad for the location but probably with taxi fares taken into account, no cheaper than staying at the better Airport Hotel. Not really I would recommend staying at the airport and saving the taxi fares and putting them towards the room rate at the Airport.

I arrived in the hotel at 1.25am, to my surprise there were 4 more guest in queue to checking in themselves. And shocking to know that the hotel was overbook. There was one caucasian old guy who was really upset as he had to wait for two hours to check in and demand explanation as he need to fly at 3am. Pity him and pity me as I was been given a room (which the hotel claimed the previous guest already left the room). The room was in a mess, the towels been used and I was not even been given a key to lock my room. The bell boy only advised me to lock using the manual way. I was so tired to argue, but I managed to request for new towel, take a bath and slept on a bed (which not been change). Overall, I was not happy with this experience, especially that such hotel can experience overbooking problem. Luckily, the morning breakfast reduce my unsatisfaction ;-)

This hotel is very close to the airport (No aircraft noise) and ideal for overnight stays. Has a good pool so can spend day by that if you have time to kill. The hotel is basic, but very clean with CNN (No BBC World). There is free bus half hourly to main KLIA terminal. Where if you are on a budget you can get a (green) bus from the KLIA bus terminal to the LCCT Terminal, where Airasia operate from. This costs (1997) 1.5 RMs. Alternatively you need to get traxi from hotel which costs circa 30RMs. There is a half hour travel time between KLIA and the LCCT terminal. But I would recommend and we use it as a hub overnight stop and it is value for money. I have no hesitation to recommend. But NOT a holiday destination Hotel. Clean basic room. Air con, TV OK for an overnight stop. Has a large restaurant with rreasonable food and a reasonable price. Also has a bar with bar snacks. Always obliging when I have any questions. Bar and Coffee & tea making facilities in room. Clean beds, floor and toilets. Very good standard of clreanliness. Rooms are basic but good. Perfect location, clean and ideal for using as overnight accommodation. Good and clean has a good pool if you are there in the daytime. It is however at the airport and not in KL City which is 80 KMs away. So not a place if you want to see KL.

This is the most economical or affordable hotel to stay where it provide a good access to KLIA Airport. Not much of the facilities is needed since the guest here normally just looking for a good short rest before continuing their journey by going on board. Perhaps the food prepared should taste better especially Malaysia's local cuisine to engrave a tasty memory for international guest even for a short stay. The shuttle bus service is excellent.

Not nice rooms, very noisy, bad and old aircondition. Very difficult to have a good sleep in these rooms, every sound coming through the doors. Service poor. My choise would be an other place next trip.

This room was like a concret bunker. nothing on the walls. We where so happy that we only have to sleep here one night. The aircon was very noisy and it was hard to sleep. The only good thing was the bed, it seem clean.

We stayed in deluxe room. Actually the room seemed clean but we saw a died cockroach & only ONE teeth blush in bathroom despite we were two. We felt Malaysian culture! At anytime we heard the noise clearly from outside. But the receptionists are polite & friendly. Anyway we don't regret that we paid $50. It's OK price.

Budget hotel close to KL airport. We only stayed one night between flights with an early departure. Hotel staff were very helpful and provided free shuttles to terminal, even at 4am in the morning by small van, great. Rooms very basic but clean. Can be noisy if near other guests not leaving early morning. Single level buildings in long clusters joined by covered walkways. Buffet Dinner with good choices and fresh food. Bar facility with games room and lounges Adequate and good value for short stays but in the middle of nowhere otherwise.

If you need to stay overnight to connect flights at KLIA this hotel is adequate. We stayed in Deluxe rooms which were typical of this budget (one) overnight accommodation. Breakfeast was included and enjoyable. It is most suitable for people in transit on a budget and don't want to pay for the Pan Pacific Price.

I don't understand why the hotel is given a 3-star rating. It should have been given a 4-star rating instead - given the spacious rooms which come with FULL amenities. Furthermore, the hotel facilities are abundant and well-kept. Guests will be spoilt for choice - from an excellent pool to a well-managed business centre. There's also a great variety of food served at the buffet breakfast. The complimentary shuttle service to KLIA is an added advantage. Peaceful and tranquil environment. You don't hear any taking-off/landing noise from the airport despite the hotel being so near to the airport. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the Concorde Inn KLIA and I hope HotelTravel.com will review the hotel's star rating seriously so as not to mislead potential guests. Definitely worth recommending to all travellers, especially those who are in-transit at KLIA. This hotel has the best facilities and yet rooms are priced at rock-bottom prices.

The rooms here have thin walls and you can hear everything going on in the corridor and wake up calls going off all around. Not the best place to be if you are in need of a good nights sleep. Would be good if a transport service could be provided to the LCC terminal. I found the price for private transport from this hotel way above average and this leaves customers with little choice for the 20 minute transfer.

Good for transit passenger, with free 1/2 hourly shutle to airport. Easy to arrange transport to Low Cost Carrier Terminal too. Negative part is :-far from entertainment and no choice for restorans outside hotel area. Staff is not very pleasant and lot of noises caused by staff passing near the room at odd hours, window shuter came clashing door at mid night.

It was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. After we checked out, the front desk staff call us back to pay for some soft drinks. We told him we have not ever consume anything, but he insist that we have to pay. We was really upset and told him we have not even have time to sleep as have only 3 hrs stay in the hotel room plus we are rush for our next flight. At last, he threw the bill onto the desk and yell "Ok, I pay for you!" What a attitude! As we were too rush, we even forgot to get his name.

It was mostly ok apart from the shower not draining which caused the bathroom floor to flood. For the price it was OK and the buffet breakfast had quite a good range of food. We would use the hotel again for a transit/overnight stay but not for any longer. It would be good if they were to offer the same free shuttle service to LCCT as they do for KLIA.

It is far from KL proper but close to the airport -- depends which you want to get to faster. The young man who helped us with our bags was kind -- we had stored them in the baggage room because we were early and he took them to our rooms for us. The young man who was in charge of check out on July 23 at 5.45 a.m. was very rude and unkind. I asked for the receipt since it was my copy that I had printed out but he refused to give it to me and said I could just print another one -- it should not be my responsibility to print a copy of the hotel receipt for the hotel. I know it was early but his mean attitude has no excuse. The day we arrived we also requested a van to take us to the airport but by 6 a.m. it had still not arrived because the people in charge did not call for the van until we showed up with our bags. It is expensive to hire the transport and an added onerous inconvenience to not have it done on time. This will probably be our last time to stay here.

A good stop-over hotel! Have used it twice just for the same purpose. We arrived late (1 AM) and left early (6 AM), so maybe this contributed to the poor impression. But, there was no remote control for the air conditioning unit in our room when we arrived - we had to wait 20 minutes for the staff to find another one and then for the room to cool down to a reasonable temperature. We booked a taxi with the hotel to take us to the LCC Terminal for 40 RM, but then had to wait another 15 minutes for another group that wanted to leave later for the LCC Terminal. This is not the service I expect when we have booked at a specific time and need to check-in for a flight.

Excellent location for travellers en-route to other destinations,if via KLIA or LCC Terminals, v.close to KLIA, but otherwise very isolated. Free transfers to/fro KLIA, but not LCCTerm. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice gardens and pool. Good buffet breakfast, but the beef 'bacon' requires some imagination. Room basic but clean - more a motel-style, than hotel. Room ok but only 2 tea/coffee/milk sachets. Renovations taking place near our room - noisy after 7 am. Would recommend as satisfactory for the money, but don't expect too much.

I spent one night in transit... Be aware that there is no shuttle to the new LCC terminal... Plus they try to rip you off by refusing to call a metered taxi and forcing you to take their "limousine" to the LCC terminal at an inflated price... the room was scary... bring flip flops to wear in the shower.

The Concorde Inn KLIA is a clean basic hotel (motel) for transit passengers and should only be used for that purpose, for night stays only. In case you are spending more than a few hours between flights, the hotel is far from everything except the airport. There are better options available for the same amount of money or a very little more.

It's OK as an airport hotel if you don't intend to spend too much time than just sleeping here. The rooms are extremely basic. We paid a bit extra to get a deluxe room so I don't know what the standard rooms would look like if it's even more basic than that. The pleasant surprise was the garden and the swimmingpool which was very nice since we had a couple of hours in the morning before our flight and the breakfast was OK as well. The service, however, was quite slow. We arrived around 1 am and were the only people checking in. Still, the check-in process was slow and they could not provide a baby-cot which we had requested. Would probably try another hotel next time.

Hotel is extremely worn. No choice since it's the cheapest hotel available near Sepang International Circuit. Aircon a little noisy. But I love going to the rows of shop houses across the hotel. At the last lane, there's a shop selling the best wanton noodles! Nothing much to do at night but you can take the free shuttle service to the KLIA for some ice cream or drink.

This hotel is VERY close to KLIA and the airport shuttle leaves exactly on time. Rooms are of a very good size with all amentities, although we did have to ask for face washers. The only drawback is that the breakfast set up mainly caters for Asian people and Westerners don't really have much to choose from. The hotel has a good feel about it and the grounds are of a very high standard. I would give this hotel a 8 out of 10, mainly because of the unique look about the layout.

Thanks hotel travel.com for the online answers to questions and for the help with the booking.

Concorde hotel is close to KLIA airport but not so close that aircraft disturb you. It is spacious and clean, the pool is good, service very good and restaurant excellent. Regretfully the prices drinks in their bar are close to robbery, even with their promotions and special offers. Due to the design the corridors tend to be noisy with the comings and goiings of passengers. Of the three airport hotels this is by far the best choice for me, excellent service, good food at fair prices, acceptable cost and, a free shuttle every half hour (or whenever you want it through the night) and helpful staff that smile and talk.
