Room is just the right size for two people. Lighting needs improvement - incandescent bulbs are used so at night its difficult to read or check maps. Hot water - initially light brown water comes out - takes a 10-15 seconds to clear up. Carpets need replacement (esp those at the elevator and the corridor). Approximately 200 meters from the ChowKit monorail station and the main road. Close to local restaurants, UO supermarket, wet market, etc. Approximately 200 meters from the ChowKit monorail station and the main road. Close to the mosque so one can hear the morning prayers at 6am. Hote...

We were not aware that the locaton of the hotel would be in an area that is dirty with stalls all around the place. The smell is awful and the staff of the frontdesk of the hotel did not even greet us and did not even smile. Their deluxe room looks more of a standard room, with 2 single beds, no bathtub as was supposed to be in a deluxe room. White towels should be used instead of colored ones as a standard in most hotels. Under the beds you will find all the dirt that hasn't been removed during cleaning. The room amenities such as the tv has no cable and is outdated. Our supposeedly 2 night stay was cut down to 1 night. We immediately checked out the next day. The price of the room per night is so expensive for its looks and appearance more expensive than Theme Park Hotel in Genting Highlands where the service is good and much better by far from City Villa. We won't recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives and we will never book in this hotel again....

We were out most of the day.

The entrance of the hotel quite mess. I suggest the hotel management should advise the hawkers make their distance about 10 feet from the door, so that the travelers can saw the entrance door clearly and felt safety. As the 3star hotel - it's suitable. Mostly for me because I'm not in the room all the time. The place strategic for the busy person and think about business always. Easy for me to go anywhere and eat everywhere. Transportation or shopping - no problem.

its very bad/ wonder how it got 3 star rating. aircon is very bad, felt sweting inside the room. toilets too worse, no flushing. given complaint three times to get it rectified. service very bad. no complimentary buffet breakfast on week days. even on week ends, americal bf the choices are very less/ overall opinion / comment is not worth staying there spending so much money. its useless.

Hotel was average (good for the rpice paid). The entrance faces a very crowded atmosphere. Opposite the hotel, is the multi-storey (may be low class) apartments which puts you off when curtains opened in the rooms. The other side is ok because it's mainly buildings. But we used the hotel solely in the night, so did not matter much.
