We stayed at rm-1008 . we set the thermostat of the aircon to 16C but the lowest it went was 25C ( still warm), maintenance repaired but still the same. The hotel transferred to rm-1108 but still the same the temperature was still 25C. Maybe the hotel is trying to save electricity. I suggest to at least have the temperature go to 22C. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel as a good value and decent hotel.

Here also there are problem of some rooms which are totally enclosed and does not have a single window. It is suffocating and when you are with a small baby of 15 months its totally Unhygenic. After much request and waiting the staff could allocate a room with Twin Bed as they informed that all the rooms with A double Bed are without windows. Then it should be taken only for business visits and not Book for Family Holiday. Some of the Restaurant Staff needs training as they cannot talk properly with the customers and behave rudely. Front office Staff are very well courteous but are les in number to attend the customers.
