Very nice room, very handy to Mid Valley shopping centre, very handy to trains and taxis. But for me a little far from the City Centre, I like to walk around the city , this time it was difficult getting back to the hotel because it was Merdek weekend, and the trains were PACKED! I would stay at the Boulevarde again. Maybe not so close to the City Centre, but only a one minute walk from the hotel lobby to Mid Valley shops....

The food served for breakfast is good. Some of the staff not that friedly and we expect a cheerful and smiling response. Generally everything is above average and good. Being a 4-star hotel, it should be above rating between good to excellent.

The hotel was quite nice. Good service. Standards of a 4*. However, in comparison to the hotels nearby the rates is slighty on the high side. But the service is good.I recommend the hotel as it is attached to the Mid Valley Mall. Good shoppin.
