I had a bad experience.Despite my request for an hour extension after 12 noon check-out, I was locked out, unable to use the cardkey to operate the lift to get to my room! Besides,i had a bad tummy at that time!! It was a nightmare indeed! No way i am going to ever stay there again!

I had thought this is a hotel less than 5 yrs old but the carpentry in the room I stayed is aged, plain wood, and giving way! There is no picture, nothing ornamentary in the room or even at the hotel lobby, it is a drab bed & breakfast which I would gladly pay not more than USD100 per night for the excellent location. It is overpriced for the USD116 I paid with breakfast buffet of less than 5 hot (it is only warm) food items that taste awful ,without any sunshine eggs!

Room on 42 floor was fantastic. Smoking room given though asked for non-smoking - ventilliation was awful and the room smelt of stale smoke. Breakfast was a challenge each day - big crowds. Location near LRt and Cosmos play area was great for kids

I don't really know why this hotel was rated as no. 6. In my opinion this hotel is three stars and cannot be called five stars as they claim. I stayed in the hotel from 18 March 2007 to 21 March 2007. The only advantage in this hotel is the time square center conected to it but trust it is not worth it. The room and furniture is run down and the A/C is average. The worst thing is the service... You can call them as much as you can and they will not respond. I asked them for an adapter for my laptop and when they brought it to the room they told me don't loose it because we will not give you another one. I felt that it was like they were paying us to stay and not me paying them for the room. I am a man who takes advantages and disadvantages in judgment and I would like to say that when I left this hotel to another hotel it felt leaving hell to heaven.
