The hotel was a positive surprise. Big, nice and clean rooms and with a fantastic view over the river. Also a good pool for the children to relaxe and play in.

When we decided to go Kota Bahru, I search around internet and call to this hotel, I was told the hotel is fully booked except 3 suits. But, it is available through Hoteltravel. I therefore decided to book thr internet. But i feel not comfortable, as I worry I might not get the room because hotel told me it is full. Somemore this is the 1st time I booked hotel thr internet. I called to hotel and faxed over the voucher to get the staff to confirm. The staff - Din is very helpfull and freindly, she called to inform that my booking is confirmed and under my husband's name. Overall, the location of this hotel is quite good, it is just a walking distance to the muzium and Bazar, the wholesale market.

Florence from United Kingdom stayed in a Deluxe for 1 day.
Pretty bad experience - staff very unfriendly, rooms definately not of 4 star quality. Window broken, bath had horrible brown stains in it. Thank goodness we
were only there for one night! This hotel does not appear interested in welcoming visitors.

This is a quite simple hotel. It was not possible to use the pool since they were renovating it. Our daughter was very disappointed since we booked this hotel for the pool. It is OK to stay there one night but not longer than that.
