The room first given to me was on smoking floor which I did not select. I then requested for non smoking but was told politely that it is fully booked but they made a reservation for me for the next day. Next day the efficient staff changed our room from the first smoke polluted one to a almost new room in the non smoking floor.From then on, my stay was pleasant and comfortable. It is definitely value for money if all rooms were similar to the one I had in the non smoking floor. ...
